The shop opened on Hartford Avenue in 2011 with two service trucks, a Master Plumber license, and a phone that went straight to the owner. The first jobs were emergency calls — frozen pipes, failed water heaters, drain backups in the three-decker triplexes that fill the older Cranston neighborhoods. The kind of work that gets handed down by a grateful neighbor a week later.

Fifteen years on, the truck count is bigger and we've trained up the next generation of licensed apprentices, but the model is the same: pick up the phone, show up when we said we would, write the estimate before we touch a wrench, and leave the work area cleaner than we found it. We work Cranston exclusively — Edgewood, Auburn, Eden Park, Garden City, Western Cranston, Pawtuxet Village, Meshanticut, Knightsville — every neighborhood inside the city line.
