We collect only what we need to do the job and answer your questions. Specifically:

• Information you give us when you call, text, email, or fill out our quote form: name, address, phone number, email address, and a description of the work you need done.
• Site analytics via Vercel Analytics: anonymous page views, device type, country, and referrer URL. This is cookieless and does not identify individual visitors.
• Server access logs generated by our hosting provider: IP address, user-agent, requested URL, response status, and timestamp. These are standard HTTP logs used for security and debugging.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial-account credentials, biometric data, or precise geolocation. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

• To respond to service requests and schedule appointments.
• To provide quotes, estimates, and invoices.
